Capital Raylee has a pedigree laden with quality. She is by Rendement, one of the most credentialled stallions to stand in South Africa, a 1.60m horse who jumped at the 2010 World Equestrian Games under Johan Lotter, and himself a son of Burggraaf, the Dutch stallion combining Landgraf I and Cor de la Bryère.

Raylee’s dam, Capital Clarinda, is by Capital Capriccio, the stud’s foundation stallion by the great Cor de la Bryère, winner of the 1.45m Championship at the 2007 Cape Town Show. Her grandmother, Quinta, is by Heartbreaker, the influential KWPN sire behind so many international jumpers, so the family Raylee’s billing celebrates is genuine jumping stock.
