Capital Laurentina is, as Dirk puts it, “Levubu revisited”, and being by that stallion she carries his quality directly. She is by Capital Levubu, a genuine international jumper: a Belgian Warmblood, by the modern Holstein stallion Cachas out of the foundation mare Zinnia I. Levubu has competed to CSI4* 1.60m level.

Laurentina’s dam, Capital Oulana, brings quality of her own. She is by Fidjy of Colours, a son of the great Selle Français foundation sire Le Tot de Semilly, out of a mare by Nonstop, the top jumper and sire by the legendary Darco. It is a dam side that answers the sire’s international record with proven blood.

Under saddle, Laurentina is an exceptional natural athlete who gives confidence from the first ride and is naturally brave to every question. Scopey enough for the bigger classes, she is a genuine prospect for a rider with ambitions, carrying the quality of a 1.60m sire and a superbly-bred dam line.
