Conway’s dam, Capital Campana, is by Capital Conlanc, a Grand Prix performer who competed with Danielle Lemmer and won the 2019 Nissan SA Junior Outdoor Grand Prix with Matthew Morrison. Conlanc is by the legendary Contender, the Holstein sire of Montender, Checkmate and Carlo, and comes from the celebrated Holstein damline 318d2. Behind Campana stands Capital Hiroshia, a daughter of Capital Hitoshi, who jumped to 1.50m with Nicole Horwood and is by Winningmood, the top international horse for Luciana Diniz and himself a son of the great Darco. It is a dam side thick with sport.
